So
what's new?
We upgraded our hardware to faster processors and added more memory
We also changed our webmail interface, the logon now requires
@wamail.net after your username.
I can't get my email.
Check to see if you configured your mail client correctly.
Check our Help
Section for the settings. Also, check to see if you
have a software firewall (Norton Internet Security, McAfee
Firewall, Zone Alarm, Sygate Firewall, Black Ice, Windows
Firewall) and if it is configured to allow your mail client
to access the internet.
How do I change my password?
Login here
and enter your current username and password. Click on User
Information on the left menu. Then click on the edit button
on the main screen. Enter the password twice and click on
save.
How do I forward my mail to another
address?
Login here
and enter your username and current password. Click on Email
Manager on the left menu. Click on Forward on the top menu.
Click on the Edit button. Type in the email address you
want to forward to and then click on the save button.
How do I add an account?
Call [253] 627-8000. One of our techs will help you.
How do I change my spam filter settings?
Login here and enter your username and current password. Click on Spam Filtering on the left. There are three standard settings: Low, Medium and High. Setting the spam filter to low will catch the more spam then the others, but will also mark more legitimate email as spam. Low should work for most people. To make the spam filter even more sensitive change the setting to Custom and enter a value less then 5. The lower the number the more spam and legitimate email will be marked as spam.
Can I access my email from the
web?
Yes. You can check it via our webmail program at: http://www.wamail.net/webmail.html
Use your full email address (that includes the @wamail.net)
in the email box.
