Email Configuration: Apple Mail

1. Open up Mac Mail
   
   
2. Click on the Mail menu, then click on Preferences
   
   
   
   
3. In the bottom left hand corner, click on the "+" sign to start a new email account
   
   
   
   
4. The Account Type needs to be changed to POP
   The Description can be anything (for future reference)
   The Email Address should be your wamail email address
   The Full Name should be your full name
   The Incoming Mail Server should be pop.wamail.net
   The User Name should automatically fill in with the first part of the email address. If not, enter the first part of your wamail email address (before the @ symbol)
   Enter the Password in the Password box
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the button below the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) box
   Enter smtp.wamail.net in the Outgoing Mail Server box
   Enter 25 for the Server port
   Authentication should be set to none
   
   
   
   
6. In the main Accounts window, click on the Advanced tab
   Check the box for Remove copy from server after retrieving a message
   Change the dropdown box to show Right Away
   
   
   
   
7. That's it, you have finished the setup for Mac Mail!
